Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags and packaging are intact
The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kynros.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Gift cards
Customized or limited-edition products
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.
Exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
