All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • KYNROS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional reshipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Notify us at hello@kynros.com if additional assistance is needed

KYNROS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or solution if applicable.
